At Time World, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through our trusted third-party courier partners.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
Order Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched twice daily:

Orders placed before a dispatch time will be processed for the next available dispatch, subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days, depending on your location and the courier's delivery schedule.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or courier operational delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where available).
Third-Party Courier
All deliveries are handled by independent third-party courier companies. While we work with reliable delivery partners, Time World is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address or contact information results in a failed delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
